Rivier is een heerlijke speelplek voor de kinderen, net als het meer zelf op de camping (wel koud) maar ook dat was geen probleem voor de kinderen.

Activiteiten/animatie op de camping super leuk, alleen was de animatie onze laatste week er niet meer en werd het ook een stuk rustiger op de camping waardoor het vertier voor de kinderen wat minder werd, maar wij zijn toen meer dingen gaan bekijken buiten de camping en dan valt het extra op hoe vriendelijk de Slovenen zijn, hoe leuk de hoofdstad is en hoe heerlijk het eten (en betaalbaar!) in de diverse restaurantjes is.

Kortom genoten van de camping (en van de fles wijn die we kregen bij vertrek) van het land en de gezellige babbel met Jure.

Eerste keer Slovenië maar zeker niet de laatste keer.”

“We are very satisfied with the camp. Great flat camping plots, lots of shadow. Very neat camp but stil remains natural. We tried the adrenalin park, both for kids and adults. It was great. The camp is also a great starting point to explore the nearby valleys and mountains, easily accessible with small kids.”

“Pozdravljeni hotela bi se enkrat pohvalit vaš kamp kljub slabem vremenu ki smo ga na žalost imeli tri dni nam je bilo neverjetno lepo. Kako vse poteka neopazno in dobro utečeno. En mesec nazaj nismo sploh vedli kje ste zdaj pa vsem veselo prepovedujemo o vasem čudovitem kraju in prijaznih ljudeh in mislim da nismo bil zadnjič. Pisem vam jaz ampak vem da se moja družba strinja z menoj. Hvala vsem vam zaposlenim bilo je res nepozabno. Pozdrav vsem tudi Juretu ki si je vzel čas in z nami poklepetal. “Camping surrounded with beautiful nature, nearby clean river Savinja for refreshing swimming in river pools. Camping is family oriented with tons of activities such as adrenaline park with zip line, playing ground for small kids, .... For more more fun there is a chance to try Bellyaking, Rafting,..., Just try it ;) Definitely a lot of fun for kids and families.”

Dit kunnen we doen omdat jullie met veel hulp heel druk bezig zijn Menina weer op te bouwen tot hoe ze was en nog heel lang mag zijn! Respect!”

“We spent 12 days at Camp Menina in a mobile home with a jacuzzi. You were entitled to a water change every 3 days, but one water change was enough for us during that time. Our accommodation as well as all other facilities such as sanitary facilities and the restaurant are in good condition. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the prices are completely ok.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The complex is a wonderful place for children to go on a journey of discovery. To cool off, you can jump into the lake or swim in the river. Our son once had a free climbing course. You can book some activities on site. If you would like to go horse riding, I would like to recommend ranc foltan. It's about a 45-minute drive, but I did a lot of research in advance and compared a number of stables...and in my opinion, the horses there are doing best there, both in terms of keeping and physically.
Jure, the boss of the campsite, was always in a good mood and very friendly.

“Camping Menina nas je popolnoma presenetil.Tukaj prezivijamo teden dni oddiha z
naso malo vecjo druzino s petimi otroki, starimi 11 let - 10 mesecev. Otroci so navduseni, saj kamp ponuja vse, da se lahko zaposlijo ves dan in se pozno v vecer. Ima dovoli veliko jezerce za vodne vragolije, super igrala, ki so pod streho, zraven pa bar, da lahko spihes kavo. Mika nas tudi adrenalinski park, ki je za male in velike, sprehajalne poti in in nogometno/odbojkarsko
igrisce v blizini, saj imamo male navousene sportnike. Pretekli vecer smo igrali mini golf in pekli penice ob ognju. Prav romanticno.
Mobilna hisica, v kateri smo, je lesena, nova, cudovita. Okrog terase je ograja, stopnice se da zapreti z lezalnikom, tako da nam dojencek nikamor ne more pasti. Ta teden so pred vse hisice postavili tudi dvignjene grede (Moja kista), v katere so z bliznje vrtnarije posadili
vrsto zacimo in zelenjave. Dobesedno imamo kosilo pred vrati.

“We've just had an amazing kayaking experience with Menina Camping led by its friendly and professional crew. We did a few kilometers of kayaking down the river Savinja with a rather big group but the crew handled is so smooth and professionally. Big thanks for everyone it was such a great time! Also the camping area is a great vibe with a friendly staff and a lovely nature-like environment! Wish to be back as soon as possible! Definitely recommend it!”
